Jacket Style 1 was made to fit an increased popularity in using sigils as a pattern during 2022. This jacket was made with bleach as a means to learn and experiment with how to use bleach as a medium on clothing.

Jacket Style 2

Jacket Style 2 is another approach at bleaching as I learned how to use bleach as a medium in a more sophisticated way: creating gradients and shades. The second jacket is designed so that the design would compliment a person's physique, bringing attention to their shoulders, creating an upside-down triangular look to the body.

Myth of Sisyphus

The shirt was designed as a gift for my brother. I used it as a way to portray the Myth of Sisyphus on an article of clothing. Using a spiral, I made the staircase seem endless to fit the story of the myth. I tried to use the placement of the spiral to align with the chest in order to create a design that is mindful of the human anatomy. I used a combination of bleach and black dye to create a contrast and shading on the shirt.
